Quantity Surveyor We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a construction consultancy based in Winchester. The business works across various sectors including commercial, retail, light industrial and residential with projects valuing typically up to £20mil. They provide a service which is unlike many consultancies and will undertake some schemes on a construction management basis directly for the client as well as the usual services provided. They have recently won a series of new projects and as a result are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team. The ideal candidate will have experience either within a consultancy or within a contractor and will have demonstrated experience leading projects. In return, they're offering a salary of up to £55k + Package and the opportunity to join a close-knit team with a secure pipeline of work for the next few years.
